ROW80--My Weekly Check-In

This is going to be short and sweet, as I am so late! Unfortunately, I didn't get any writing done this week. Someone needs to invent a cattle prod for writers, I swear. But I'm not going to let it get me down. I'll start this week afresh. And I was shelving my lovely collection of (blank) journals today and I decided I'm going to start doing morning pages every day. Maybe that will inspire me to get busy writing on my novel. I'm still determined to reach my 15,000 word goal by month's end. ;O)

Note: I'm not doing two check-ins a week because I just don't have time so Sundays will be my weekly check-in for ROW80.

Don't forget...Sit Down and Write 3, my two week write-a-thon/writing challenge, is coming May 1st. You can get all the details and sign up HERE. Hope you will join me!

  1. I only check in on Sundays for the same reasons:) I love new journals esp. blank - cant wait to begin writing in them - all the best with yours:)

  2. Once a week is enough! ;) That said, I understand others might need a little extra to make it over the hump.

I'm back to journaling and it's helping to motivate, to stay on track, etc. This week, I've been snuggled up with pain pills. No joke. Had some dental work done, but hope to be back to normal on Monday.
